The FILE portion of the Task Menu Sidebar provides you access to your files.   File Explorer provides you with access to previously stored searches or analyses.   Temporary Files provides you with access to searches or analyses which you have done in a session but have not yet saved to a folder.

The SEARCH portion of the Task Menu Sidebar provides you with access to a variety of search capabilities:    IPVision Search, Bulk Lookup or Search Portfolios (if your organization has commissioned special portfolios from IPVision).

The HELP portion of the Task Menu Sidebar provides access to general IPVision Help.   Help on Page provides specific information about the particular page displayed to the right of the Task Menu Sidebar.   Using Customer Request you can send an email to IPVision with any requests or problems.   The Download Software item provides you with access to a TIFF viewer which is necessary to view patent image files from the United States Patent and Trademark Office website; it also provides you with a free Adobe Reader to export IPVision Maps.

The MY ACCOUNT portion of the Task Menu Sidebar provides access to your account settings where you can change your password.
