IPVision Advantage supports the following browsers: Internet Explorer (8.0 and above), Firefox (2.0 and above - PCs only) and Google Chrome (5.0 and above).  We do not currently support any other browsers.

Firefox - Viewing Maps:   Firefox does not fully support the Map Viewer window scrolling feature. If you have problems try choosing a lower Zoom level.

Mac Users:  There have been reported problems with the use of Firefox on Mac computers. If you encounter problems with Firefox please try Safari. Although currently we don't test our system on Safari and hence we do not "support" Safari, we are not aware of any usage problems with Safari. Please Contact Us if you encounter any problems or have any suggestions.

Pop-Up Blockers:   Many of the features of IPVision Advantage open new browser windows.  Please make sure that you have any Pop-Up Blockers turned OFF.
