Problem: When I select "Export to Excel" from the File Menu on a list or analysis nothing happens.
Solution: If you are having difficulty "Exporting to Excel" please check the following:
- Popup Blocker: Please make sure that your Popup Blocker is not preventing a new window to open
- Security Settings: Follow the steps below, then refresh your IPVision account by logging off and logging in:

- 1) Open an Internet Browser window
- 2) Click on Tools menu
- 3) Click on Internet Options… menu option
- 4) Click on Security tab
- 5) Click on Internet icon
- 6) Click Custom Level … button
- 7) Scroll down the Downloads section
- 8) Enable automatic prompting for file downloads.
- Trusted Sites Setting: On IE go to the Security Tab and add *.ipvisioninc.com and *.see-the-forest.com to your Trusted Sites.
